After obtaining my university degree in psychology, I became very passionate about therapy. Living in different countries gave me the opportunity to explore different directions and approaches to therapy. In the end I decided on Transactional Analysis and Systemic Family Therapy as the most comprehensive directions. Practitioners who practice these forms of therapy, generally use a broad range of tools gathered from many disciplines including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, gestalt and relational therapies. I started my training in the UK and it continues presently in the Netherlands and Serbia.
I am a member of:
1. The Dutch association for Transactional analysis (NVTA)
2. The European association for Transactional Analysis (EATA)
3. DPS Psychological Society
4. SATA association for Transactional Analysis
I am experienced in working both long and short term with individuals and couples in a variety of areas, including:
I also have a lot of experience working with people who are going through a divorce process or still feel the consequences of it.
My way of working is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to suit the particular needs of each client. I have a particular interest in Relational Therapy and Transactional Analysis as a way of exploring difficult, repetitive inter-personal experiences and options for change.
I am committed to ethical, non-discriminatory practice and abide by the principles and ethics of the EATA. I welcome individuals and couples of all cultures, faiths and sexualities.
Face to face and online sessions available in English and BCS (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian).
